Young Bleed Dies From Brain Aneurysm.

Young Bleed, A rapper who became famous in the 1990s has reportedly died from a brain aneurysm.

Young Bleed’s son, Ty’Gee Ramon, posted a video on his Instagram page announcing his father’s passing and honoring him.

Ramon says his father, whose real name is Glenn Clifton Jr., passed away on November 1st, adding he didn’t have any other health issues other than high blood pressure.

“Once he collapsed, he did pass from the aneurysm, the bleed from the brain,” Ramon said. “With all the preparations my dad gave me, this is something you can’t prepare for. I still don’t know how to take this. It’s still so unreal. Love that guy. Everything that’s me, is him.”

Young Bleed, born Glenn Clifton Jr., was rushed to the hospital in late October after suffering a brain aneurysm caused by internal bleeding. The medical emergency occurred days after he performed at the Cash Money Verzuz No Limit event at ComplexCon.

Tameka Long, the mother of Young Bleed’s 10-year-old son, said the rapper had high blood pressure and a heart condition. He was placed in the ICU on a ventilator following the aneurysm.

Young Bleed was born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He became popular in the late 90s when he collaborated with Master P on the 1997 soundtrack for, “I’m Bout It.”

That soundtrack reached No. 1 on the Billboard R&B/Hip Hop Chart.

Young Bleed’s 1998 album, “My Balls and My Word,” landed in the top 10 on the Billboard 200 Chart and No. 1 on the R&B Chart.

He released eight more albums throughout his career through 2020.
