Welcome to TWIB’s Weekly Top 10 Videos. This is a segment where we look at some exceptional visuals from various acts around the globe. The music video format has been around for decades, through the 90s and 2000s, and it has taken flight from multi-million budget music videos to mid to low-budget videos with exceptional features. In this section, we will not discriminate but highlight some creative visuals that pop up on our radar.
Again, we promise to bring you the best from high to low budget, to animated to DIY and first and foremost, the most creative visuals we can source.

Diamond The body embodies the spirit of an “MVB” in her new single. The club-ready jam is brimming with raw, unapologetic rhymes undeniable energy and a rousing hook. The visual captures the club and exquisite lifestyle that is anchored on Diamond The Body’s entrepreneurial skills and boss lady demeanour.
Rising UK producer Ryder is presently working on his EP and in the interim, he shares the visuals for the single “WTF” featuring Luton-based rapper BXKS. The club-ready banger comprises stuttering drum grooves, heavy basslines and a catchy chorus that lingers in your ears long after. The visual has a playful feel and captures both Ryder and BXKS in their element as they play around in the studio apartment alongside their crew. Ryder’s debut EP is due in May 2025.

“Life Is Short” is a collaboration that brings Jahan Nostra, Sir TFrom Denmark and Jaden Castro together for an insightful piece comprising smooth flows, bravado bars and gems for lovers of conscious raps. The song comes with a visual directed by Sir T and was shot in parts of Copenhagen’s Nørrebro neighbourhood, such as abandoned train tracks and skateparks which is punctuated by the performance styles of the emcees. The background Local graffiti also adds colour to these scenes, including one piece by Mathias Hald that spells out “Sir T from Denmark.”
Multi-faceted Indie Hip-Hop artist and producer MeccaGodZilla is back with his latest single, “Dumb Down”—a powerful commentary on societal conformity and spiritual awakening. The self-produced track blends a mix of dark looming sounds layered over crunchy boom-bap drums and insightful bars that explore the blurry lines connecting authenticity, self-discovery and the pressures of sticking to the norm in this social media age. MeccaGodZilla serves as the ultimate voice of reason, reminding us of the dangers of following the flock and the numerous distractions provided by the internet and changing societal views. The song comes with an expertly crafted Anime-style visual that shows the world in disarray and we see the rapper journey through an apocalyptic NY spreading the truth for those who need to hear it.
“Dumb Down” is the second single from MeccaGodZilla’s forthcoming album, SYNTAX ERROARS – an exploration of societal imbalance, technological dependency, and the search for higher consciousness (through art and life experiences). The single follows the success of his previous release, setting the tone for a project that challenges listeners to question the status quo while encouraging them all to go on a journey of spiritual self-discovery.
Producer Lucalme shares the visuals for his new song “Hidden Paths,” a unique clip that blends live-action with AI animation in a different way. The track is a smooth jazz-soul-lofi piece comprising sublime horns, soft piano riffs with solid grooves to match. As for the visuals it is quite eclectic and blends different scenes of wonder in a seamless manner.
Emerging rapper QU/NTEN drops visuals for his new release “ESPY Freestyle.” The track samples a classic soul track and flips it into a modern bouncy tune ripe with fast-paced rapping fro the emcee. The visuals are a simple performance shot-driven clip that shows QU/NTEN in his stomping grounds.
California artist Ice Meez closed out this week’s video playlist with the upbeat banger “Hold On.” The track captures the raw authentic California sound, blending heavy bass-driven rhythms with bravado lyrics. The accompanying music video, directed by Ice Meez and Pete707, helps bring the song to life with a mix of performance shots of ICe Meez with his crew in different spots showcasing the West Coast culture to the fullest.
