McDonald’s is reviving the whimsical world of McDonaldland starting August 12 with a limited-time McDonaldland Meal. Featuring a Quarter Pounder with Cheese or 10-piece Chicken McNuggets, the meal also includes World Famous Fries and a surprise Mt. McDonaldland Shake, inspired by the brand’s retro fantasy landscape. The secret-flavored shake pays tribute to the vibrant Mt. McDonaldland volcano, complete with lava-blue and cotton-candy-pink visuals.
Each meal also comes with one of six collectible souvenir tins packed with postcards, stickers and nostalgic artwork tied to beloved characters like Ronald McDonald, Grimace and the Hamburglar. Fans can also shop limited-edition merch from Pacsun and Away, giving them a chance to dress or travel in McDonaldland style. With this relaunch, McDonald’s invites fans old and new to explore the colorful, character-filled world that first debuted in the 1970s.
