
As the global ambassador of Intuition, Dwyane Wade gives Aramis Fragrances’ latest launch a sense of energy and confidence that renews the brand’s legacy. Aramis was originally introduced in 1963, as an iconic heritage men’s grooming brand with a sense of understated elegance. Now, the brand is reimagined for the next generation with a new fragrance, Intuition.
Wade attended college in Milwaukee, at Marquette, before dominating the pro basketball scene, and now we’re bringing Intuition back to the city that supported him throughout his journey to stardom. Alongside fashion creative and founder Saeed Ferguson, Hypebeast visited the Midwestern city to showcase the new scent.
Many reflected on Wade’s icon status within the city — one individual shared that the fragrance made him feel like he could, “…drop 40 in a game!” while another shared that it smelled “powerful.” Others noticed deep leather notes juxtaposed with brighter touches through the lavender and grapefruit in the fragrance — a delicate balance that makes the scent suitable for everyday wear.
