Black Suit Devil releases new single “Buried In You”

With a tongue-in-cheek name meant to pique the curiosity and a tenacious DIY approach, Black Suit Devil has been spreading inspiration and awareness through music since 2015 as a solo project led by singer/songwriter Andy Du Rego of Toronto.

With his melodic and thought provoking songwriting inspired by the rock, folk, blues & soul, country genres, Andy continues to impress audiences with his signature raspy self-harmonizing dual vocal and passionate presence. June 28th, 2024 will mark the release of Black Suit Devil’s third full length album, The Eternal Sleep.

On this album Du Rego dives back into his roots as a hard rock, grunge, punk, electric guitar player, performing lead and rhythm guitar on all songs. The newest single is the heaviest thus far from the artist, drawing from previous influences.

 ““Buried In You” is the lead off track on my new album “The Eternal Sleep” and the heaviest song I have ever written for Black Suit Devil. I really wanted to dig deep into my Heavy Rock and Grunge musical roots. Prior to BSD I had been performing over the years in various Heavy Metal and Rock bands, so it’s a great feeling for me personally to bring that into Black Suit Devil. I wanted to take the listener down a rabbit hole adventure and make them think about the world around them.”
