Summary
It’s that time of the year again … With the NBA season in full swing, Kith is readying for its annual, early-season “Kith Night” celebration, which always comes accompanied by a limited-release collaborative merchandise drop. As the anticipated event expands in size and influence, the aforementioned merch drop follows suit; this year, the seasoned duo presents their most grandiose dual-minded delivery yet, with a whole new offering of apparel and footwear, staged in a lookbook fronted by the team’s very own power players Karl-Anthony Towns, Miles “Deuce” McBride, and Jordan Clarkson.
This year’s Kith-crafted Knicks drop kicked off with the footwear component, the latest installment of the Kith-curated New Balance x Madison Square Garden collab, this time landing on the Made in USA 993 in two colorways inspired by The World’s Most Famous Arena.
As for the apparel, KAT, Deuce, and Clarkson suit up in the clean new co-branded outerwear for a collection that bridges the team’s Old Guard and New Guard. The pair harkens back to the Knicks’ 1982-83 and 1994-95 seasons, respectively, the former being the birth year of Ronnie Fieg, when the Knicks played in navy and red jerseys, and legend Bernard King was the team’s leading scorer.
So, alongside a lineup of tailored suiting, sleek jacketing, and modern-era jerseys comes a lineup of varsity jackets imbued with fellow Old Guard icon Patrick Ewing‘s name and number on the back, with others stamped with “King” and #30.
Expect the Kith for the New York Knicks range to release for purchase this Wednesday, November 5, via Kith’s webstores and app. The drop will also be available to shop on-site at MSG at the Kith Night game.
