To commemorate the 20th anniversary of Hypebeast and its fashion-forward community, Champion hosted the “Name Your Champion” pop-up space in Shanghai’s Zhang Yuan last weekend.
As dedicated participants in street culture, fashion, art and more, Hypebeast and Champion collaborated on a special Champion Archive fit hoodie for the 20th anniversary occasion, which was unveiled at the event. The space not only showcased reworked variations of the special hoodie created by various creative units, but it also featured interactive workshops sharing different creative methods, like beading and heat transfer, allowing the special edition hoodie to
become a blank canvas for artistic expression.
Alongside a variety of guided activities, Champion Archive sweatshirts were displayed on-site, urging visitors to reflect on the close connection between Champion and street culture since the brand’s inception in 1919.
