Fried chicken and caviar may seem like an outlandish duo, but the pairing has been co-signed by some of the biggest tastemakers out there — spurring a high-low dining movement. Fast food purveyors are now some of today’s biggest fashion and culture collaborators, establishing their influence beyond just the culinary world. VICIO, Spain’s leading smash burger brand, joins the movement by rolling out a fresh new concept: the VICIO Burger Club.
Private members-only clubs are all the rage at the moment, so the Spanish company joined in on the fun by announcing an official residency on the White Island, in one of Ibiza’s most coveted clubs. Hosted at The Night League’s UNVRS nightclub, the activation will feature a brand new menu item: chicken fingers with caviar. The unexpected dish is made up of marinated, fried chicken topped with indulgent premium 00 caviar and chopped chives, served in limited-edition, collectible packaging — the perfect addition to a beachside cocktail.
The club’s unveiling will follow a campaign rollout, complete with a cinematic video inspired by Men in Black. The sci-fi-infused audiovisual journey takes viewers to another planet, where two secret agents are tasked with protecting a mysterious treasure box. At the end of the video, it’s revealed that the treasure was chicken and caviar all along.
