The ‘God’s Plan’ signer, Drake shared the video of his Toronto Mansion severely flooded after record-breaking storms. Watch the clip below.
“This better be Espresso Martini,” Drake gagged on Instagram alongside a video of shady brown water pouring into a room. Drake’s home, known as “the Embassy,” is in Toronto’s luxury Bridle Path neighborhood.
According to the Guardian reports, Toronto experienced nearly 100mm (four inches) of rain on Tuesday, surpassing a daily record that had stood since 1941. Some 167,000 customers were left without power according to the city’s electrical grid operator, Toronto Hydro.
Drake’s mansion, which shields 50,000 sq ft and is located in the high-end Bridle Path area of Toronto, was just targeted in a string of incidents in the wake of the rapper’s high-profile beef with rival Kendrick Lamar.
Emergency services responded to multiple calls for help from people trapped in elevators due to power outages, while others needed rescue from flooded highways.
In May 2024, Drake raps over Metro Boomin’s ‘BBL Drizzy’ on Sexyy Red’s track named ‘U My Everything.’
