Max has officially dropped the first full trailer for J.J. Abrams‘ upcoming ’70s crime thriller series, Duster.
The series, which stars Josh Holloway and Rachel Hilson, explores “the life of a gutsy getaway driver (Josh Holloway) for a growing crime syndicate that goes from dangerous to wildly, stupidly dangerous when a tenacious young agent (Rachel Hilson) comes into town hellbent on taking his crime family down.” Alongside Holloway and Hilson, the cast also features, “Keith David, Sydney Elisabeth, Greg Grunberg, Camille Guaty, Asivak Koostachin, Adriana Aluna Martinez and Benjamin Charles Watson.”
Co-created by Abrams and co-showrunner LaToya Morgan, Abrams executive produces along with Rachel Rusch Rich for Bad Robot. Duster was first reported to be in the works back in 2020 and sees Holloway reunite with Abrams. The series debuts on Max on May 15 at 9 p.m. ET. The eight-episode season will then debut on a weekly basis through until July 3.
